\nWest London continues to attract increasing numbers of renters, boosted by high specification property developments which continue to attract applicants keen to move West to look for more affordable rental accommodation. The rental market in Ealing<\/a> is strong and Dickens Yard<\/a> holds huge appeal, both for those moving out of central London and increasingly, for professionals moving to London from overseas. We are seeing high demand from corporate tenants<\/a> generally, particularly young professionals look for affordability as a priority, boosted by the attractive local area and good transport links to central London.<\/p>\n
