The fundamentals of London property continue to be strong, as prices have increased by a staggering 75% over the last decade. High prices have left many Londoners unable to buy and so demand for rental accommodation in the capital remains phenomenal. A third of Londoners rent and 60% are expected to rent by 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Well-presented and accurately priced properties let within a couple of days with minimum voids.
