On receiving the keys from the developers, the apartment was furnished<\/a> and\u00a0let within 24 hours to a management consultant on a three-year lease. We had agreed on an offer a month prior to completion, which ensured there was absolutely no void<\/a> period for the landlord. The tenant was eager to move into one of the latest buildings at the development\u00a0and had waited for several months to find\u00a0the right property to rent.<\/p>\n

Living at Beaufort Park<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Goldhawk House is a brand-new building, the latest\u00a0phase at the development.
