Designed to reward excellence, innovation and commitment to the property industry, the inaugural Property Reporter Awards ceremony took place on 31st March this year with the focus on celebrating change in what has been a very different two years for the industry as a result of the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The awards looked to reward those who had innovated, developed and explored new ways of operating during the pandemic, supporting landlords, developing technology and offering above and beyond services to the industry in a challenging landscape.\u00a0\u00a0On the night, our Director, Marc von Grundherr, attended the high profile award ceremony and was delighted when Benham and Reeves scooped one of the biggest awards of the night – Best Letting Agent.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis award has been testimony to the efforts of our team across every single one of our offices\u201d said Marc. \u201cA team that has dug deep during testing times to ensure that the cogs of the London property market kept on turning, utilising our existing assets while adapting to new challenges to service both domestic and foreign demand for London sales and rental properties.<\/p>\n
