The shortage of rental properties in London continues to be a real challenge with all of our 19 branches desperately short of stock. Apartments are letting within hours – literally as soon as they reach our website and some before we even manage to list them!

When it comes to sales, demand remains stable, despite increasing interest rates and the rising cost of living. These economic factors don’t seem to be deterring buyers, if anything, many are keen to push their purchases forward before interest rates rise further and increase the cost of borrowing.
