Our team of property specialists in Malaysia had hosted a successful workshop at EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur where we shared about the benefits of investing in London's real estate market with prospective homeowners.

Melvin Koh, Director of Benham & Reeves Malaysia, shared a seminar on the hotspots in London that are generating high rental yield, the lettings & management process from Malaysia and an overview of UK's tax structure for foreigners.

Representatives from a Malaysian bank were there to advise guests on the financing options available in both local or foreign currency. A representative from a globally reputable migration company was also present to provide advice on obtaining a UK visa.

The workshop also featured developments that were generating good rental yield returns which attracted strong interest from the guests.
