ARLA Propertymark (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), is a professional membership and regulatory body which works with letting agents to ensure that standards and levels of professionalism of its members are kept and maintained. Benham and Reeves were one of the first agents to become a member back in 1981.
NAEA Propertymark (the National Association of Estate Agents) is a Government recognised body dedicated to raising and maintaining standards of its members through the promotion of training, education and the attainment of nationally recognised qualifications. These give customers confidence that they will receive a professional service and are protected by a stringent code of practice. Compliance to NAEA standards helps Benham and Reeves provide peace of mind to all our clients as we guide them through their property sale transactions.
Benham & Reeves is part of the Propertymark Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme that reimburses landlords, tenants and other clients in the event of misappropriation of their rent, deposit or other client funds.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) provides a free, fair and Independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between member estate agents/letting agents and consumers who are landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK of which Benham & Reeves have been members of since 2010.
The Dispute Service (TDS), is an independent company that works to resolve any tenancy deposit disputes that may occur at the end of a tenancy in the private rented sector through a scheme called The Tenancy Deposit Scheme of which Benham and Reeves have been members of since 2007.
