Where is your favourite part of London? I was brought up in Islington so would have to choose Angel and surrounding areas such as the City and Shoreditch.

Tell us a little about your career I have been working within the property industry for 15 plus years, covering several sales sectors with specialism in new build sales. Since joining Benham and Reeves as an investment consultant, I have progressed to manager of new homes and residential developments covering the whole of London, working closely with our international offices and a growing roll of domestic and international investor clients.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself I love to run and have run half marathons and marathons in the past.
What is your favourite part of London? There are so many beautiful parts of our city but I am particularly fond of Little Venice with its picturesque canal and villagey feel, yet only a mile from the busy vibes of the West End. Here you can find stunning period buildings with handsome white Stucco fronted period residences which are really attractive.

Tell us a little about your career I have been working in the property industry for the past 17 years and used to work for Savills. I am adaptable, able to work in different environments and enjoy taking on a challenge. I also have a robust problem-solving skills due to my background in handling complex sales transactions with ultra high net worth individuals. I also have a broad understanding of leases and the legal mechanics of property transactions which makes my current role much easier.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself I have a keen interest in football and cricket, I am also passionate cook and like to entertain.
What does your role entail? Building good relationships and understanding investment objectives is key to my role whether it be finding a dream family home, a good buy-to-let investment or a first time buyer home. Negotiating the best possible price I can and helping people find the home they want is my priority.

What are your key skills and what do you like most about your role? I’m a good listener which really helps with remembering the all-important details involved with most property transactions. Remaining professional when challenges arise is key and I really enjoy negotiating on behalf of clients to put a smile on their faces.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I like to keep active as much as possible whether it be early morning gym sessions or 5 aside football in the evenings. I also like to travel with friends or family.
Where is your favourite part of London? Queens Park – Nice restaurants, cafes and bars and close to Central London.

Tell us a little about your career I began my career in property when I was 17 as an apprentice working in Covent Garden and Highgate. I now assist in the day to day running of the office.
