A qualified lawyer (she studied Law with French Law) at UCL, Simran began her career working for a city firm specialising in commercial real estate, before joining Benham and Reeves in 2006. During this time, Simran has put systems in place to streamline administration, enabling the company to compete effectively with much larger organisations. As a result, the company’s property management department has grown substantially – in 2006 it managed 885 rental homes whereas today the department manages nearly 2000 properties for clients, including a growing number of overseas clients.
Today, Simran and her team handle all aspects of property management, ranging from organising repairs to advising on legal issues and keeping clients updated about new legislation.
Greg joined Benham and Reeves in 2015 and following a promotion in December 2018, is now managing the department. Greg has a very hands-on approach to property management and believes that the key to delivering good service to both landlords and tenants is effective communication and organisation. Delivering processes across the department that underpin these two components, Greg considers his organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure to be key attributes for his role.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing football and running.
Kazuyoshi (Kaz) works with our Japan Desk and looks after properties occupied by our Japan Desk tenants. With a keen interest in London property, Kaz is fluent in native-Japanese and English and enjoys getting out of the office to visit the properties he manages. For leisure pursuits, Kaz enjoys horse riding - which he started at the age of 9 - plus show jumping and dressage.
Mark looks after the management of our properties at Beaufort Park in the Colindale area. Mark is very solutions oriented liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to ensure all maintenance issues are handled as efficiently as possible. Outside of work Mark enjoys playing football and touch rugby as well cooking and playing the guitar to relax.
With over 10 years’ property management experience, Tanya is used to liaising with landlords and tenants and seamlessly handles any issues which arise during a tenancy. She has excellent organisational and problem solving skills, invaluable in her challenging role which involves managing luxury residential blocks.
Outside work, Tanya is fascinated by astronomy and also enjoys travelling.
Tanisha is an experienced property manager with good organisational and time-management skills. Her professional approach and attention to detail are skills that tenants and landlords benefit from on a daily basis. Outside of work, Tanisha enjoys acting, singing and spending time with friends and family.
Looking after several property portfolios, Renata’s role as Property Manager is broad and involved, ensuring all the properties she looks after are well monitored and maintained. Renata thrives under pressure and is a good time manager; she enjoys being organised and thorough. Renata is an avid piano player and enjoys participating in sports activities and dancing.
As an experienced Property Manager at Benham and Reeves, Marzia’s role entails assisting landlords and tenants in all aspects relating to their tenancies. Arranging routine checkups, maintenance work and pre-tenancy works to be carried out and ensure all deposits are released as quickly as possible at the end of the tenancy agreement is a key part of Marzias role. Outside of work Marzia enjoys keeping fit.
Having worked as a property Manager for the past 5 years, Denisa is a confident and well organised individual who can handle many situations and portfolios with professionalism and proficiency. Denisa rents a property in London, therefore, she knows what landlords and tenants are expecting from us as their managing agent. A good people-person, Denisa spends her social hours with friends attending the theatre, cinema, going for walks in the park and long weekend getaways.
As a native Japanese speaker, Yuka joined Benham and Reeves as a property manager as well as providing assistance to our busy Japan Desk. Yuka has 21 years’ experience working in the property industry, assisting with the relocation of Japanese and other global corporate clients. With a passion for good customer care, Yuka strives always to provide the highest standards of service. In Yuka’s free time, she enjoys dining in new restaurants and finds cooking very therapeutic.
Chloe’s role involves providing vital administrative support to the property managers and assisting with the day to day operations of some of our smaller client portfolios.
With a keen eye for detail and process, Chloe is highly focused on customer care. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys listening to music and travelling.
