Benham and Reeves Hong Kong office was established in 1995 to assist buyers, sellers and landlords with all their London property needs. Our team of multi-lingual staff speak fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog and provide a complete one stop sales, leasing and management service to people in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau and Japan. Regularly liaising with our London offices on behalf of clients, the team take care of everything. For buyers and sellers, we help with every aspect from getting the right market appraisal right through to recommending the best lawyer and mortgage broker. For Landlords, we help with everything from handover and snagging to furnishings and finding a good tenant, we handle rent collection, deal with repairs and emergencies and also offer a tax return service for overseas landlords. Widya has a proven sales track record of providing expert assistance to South East Asia investors looking for rental investment opportunities in various markets with specialism in London property. With a pedigree career behind her, she joined JLL Singapore in 2011 as Sales Manager, advancing to the role of Head of International Residential in 2019.

Widya’s expanisve knowledge has helped deliver highly successful overseas project marketing campaigns which she brings to her role at Benham & Reeves. As Director Head of our Hong Kong office, Widya oversees our multi-lingual sales and leasing teams tasked with looking after our Hong Kong and China clients. Her energy and dedication to providing excellent customer service ensure that all our clients real estate requirements continue to be fulfilled from under one roof.
With a degree in Hospitality Management, Penny spent 10 years working for world renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotels. Joining Benham and Reeves in 2011, Penny worked as a Client Manager before becoming a Director of the Hong Kong office. Penny has now been promoted to Head of China Desk to look after our Hong Kong and China based clients. Penny uses her extensive London property expertise to assist Chinese investors with a one- stop service, from advice on London property investment to leasing and property management. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with her wealth of business and cultural knowledge, Penny works tirelessly for clients ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved.
Manny is London born and has lived in the Far East for the past 18 years. He has over many years of regional experience in business development and strategic management with local and international listed companies, leading numerous teams spanning different industries. He is passionate about property and with extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate market in London, he works closely with clients in the region to provide a full property service including buying, selling, leasing and property management for London property.

A decade of experience in the property industry and the hospitality sector have enabled Gloria to carefully refine her people skills and problem-solving instincts. As an important and valued member of Benham & Reeves, Hong Kong, she is always ready to go the extra mile in order to meet the various needs of our clients. Like the rest of the sales team, Gloria is solutions-driven with a particular focus on matching clients with appropriate properties and services. Gloria likes nothing more than to see a client who is satisfied with their property investment.

Starting his career in 2018 in management with Hong Kong and London based company, Santa Fe Relocation, Lester quickly moved up through the property industry ranks. Subsequent roles in business development and B2B sales demonstrated a talent for picking up and utilising the many transferable skills that he brings to our Hong Kong team. A graduate of Baruch College, New York, Lester is a valuable addition to the sales team with a keen eye for helping clients acquire the best UK properties.

Three years of working at the heart of the London property market with Chase Evans has enabled Justin to add vital entrepreneurial skills to his natural instinct for business. Add to that his proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Justin is well equipped to cater to the needs of our discerning international client base. Educated in the south of England and at the London campus of the University of Coventry, where he studied Global Business Management, Justin brings knowledge and dynamism to our Hong Kong sales team and will focus on identifying and expanding opportunities for the buying and selling of international properties.

With a degree in law and business, John has varied experience working in corporate communications and marketing. Upon graduation, he joined an international fashion company where he specialised in media strategy, corporate branding and content creation. He has later worked in a large public relations firm advising clients on corporate strategy and investor relations. His extensive experience in managing projects across multiple media adds valuable skills to our international marketing team.

Makayla has a degree in Business Administration and combines extensive experience in customer services with good organisational skills. Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our Hong Kong team, Makayla is efficient and has a keen eye for detail. Her hobbies include movies, music and travel with friends.
