Benham and Reeves Hong Kong SAR office was established in 1995 to provide real estate agency services to Hong Kong buyers, sellers and landlords in regards to all their London property needs. Our team of multi-lingual staff speak fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog. This enables them to offer a comprehensive a one-stop service which includes London property sales (purchase and selling) and full letting and management services to investors in Hong Kong SAR, China, Taiwan, Macau and Japan.
Regularly liaising with our London offices on behalf of clients, the team cover all property-related matters. From getting the right market price appraisal, to recommending the best lawyer and mortgage broker, both buyers and sellers can trust us. Landlords trust us too with everything that relates to efficient property management as well as rent collection and repairs which are all handled in-house. Meet our Hong Kong SAR team
Widya has a pedigree career in International Residential behind her since 2009, with a proven track record and experience in providing expert advice to Asian based clients looking for residential investment opportunities in various markets. Widya specialises in London property and also has vast residential knowledge in other parts of the world; namely Japan, Switzerland, USA, Portugal and Germany.
Before joining Benham & Reeves as the Head of Hong Kong SAR, she spent 12 years at JLL , where her last role was the Head of International Residential in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Widya's expansive knowledge has helped deliver highly successful residential project marketing campaigns which she brings to her role at Benham & Reeves. In her new role as Head of Hong Kong SAR, Widya oversees our diverse, multilingual sales and leasing teams tasked with looking after our Hong Kong SAR and China clients. Apart from heading up the team in Hong Kong, Widya is also responsible for emerging markets in Asia such as Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia. Her dedication and energy to providing excellent customer service ensure that our clients' investment requirements continue to be fulfilled from under one roof.

Cherrin is an experienced executive who has gained more than 20 years’ real estate experience focused around international residential sales and marketing. Over the years, she has helped many overseas property investors to buy property across the globe including popular investment spots such as Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, USA and the UK. Cherrin's extensive knowledge of international markets ensures Hong Kong property investors are provided with accurate information, data and statistical comparisons to assist them in making the right choice for long-term property investment and portfolio expansion.
As a custom orientated individual and her extensive involvement in international property launches, Cherrin has developed strong business relationships with private wealth managers, banks, family offices and immigration channels and enjoys numerous referrals and repeat business due to her professionalism. She also a strong network of clients through her mainland China contacts and is a well skilled addition to our Hong Kong sales team.

Meena has over 7 years’ experience working in international property sales. Before joining Benham & Reeves, Meena worked for a diverse range of notable companies including JLL, Marriott International and GIH London performing various roles in international property sales and project marketing. Meena offers excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Her native language is Cantonese, but she is fluent in English and Mandarin and enjoys keeping fit in her spare time.
A decade of experience in the property industry and the hospitality sector have enabled Gloria to carefully refine her people skills and problem-solving instincts. As an important and valued member of Benham & Reeves, Hong Kong SAR, she is always ready to go the extra mile in order to meet the various needs of our clients. Like the rest of the sales team, Gloria is solutions-driven with a particular focus on matching clients with appropriate properties and services. Gloria likes nothing more than to see a client who is satisfied with their property investment.
Michael has over 10 years’ experience in local and international property sales and leasing. He adopts a strategic and personalised approach to each client, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their property ownership aspirations, whether they are buying a new home or expanding their investment portfolio. Over the years, Michael has assisted many overseas property clients to invest in property across the globe, covering new property launches as well as second-hand property purchases and letting.
Michael speaks native Cantonese, Mandarin, Shanghainese, and is fluent in English. He worked for a few years at a major property developer in Shanghai, and with his extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and investment preferences, he has built a strong mainland China client network.

Working closely with our global sales and marketing teams, Carol’s role involves planning and oversight of our Hong Kong project marketing campaigns and live events. Previous experience working in investment banking and the real estate sector includes digital marketing, public relations and events planning. Carol also enjoys performance marketing, putting her analytical skills and results driven approach to good use. In her spare time, Carol enjoys being active, travelling and staying close to nature.
With a degree in Media and Social Communications, Kelly has been working in marketing and public relations for 3 years developing her specialism in executing strategic communication plans for various sectors. She is skilled in social media management and content creation with good media relation skills. As a positive and well-organised team player, Kelly is a good communicator who enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
Makayla has a degree in Business Administration and is a key member within the property lettings and management team at Benham and Reeves Hong Kong. Makayla oversees the entire process, from initial enquiry to lettings and property management, drawing on many years of working in the property industry. She also has excellent knowledge of furnishing solutions for rental properties and has a keen eye for interior design. Her strong dedication to delivering excellent service, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to our Hong Kong sales team. In her spare time, Makayla’s hobbies include movies, music and travelling.
