Our India operations started in Summer 2011 in response to the growing demand from Indian homebuyers and investors, some who were looking to buy a property in London for the first time, some looking at holiday homes and others who are seasoned investors looking to diversify their assets or add value to their existing property portfolios.

Located in Mumbai and Delhi, our offices are managed by a locally employed team who are experienced at dealing with clients one-to-one as well as with partners like investment advisors and financial consultants. They work closely with our Directors to ensure clients get a personal service which includes each and every step from sourcing the perfect property, price negotiation, assistance with documentation to property handover and furnishings. For Indian investors who are looking for income and long-term growth, we also provide a professional property rental and management service for London properties, operating through our network of 20 branch offices spread out all across London.

Our company Directors are very hands-on and regularly visit Mumbai and Delhi to meet clients and update them on the latest developments in the London market. Meet our India team

Dhanvee is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer and Commerce graduate with extensive experience in wealth and investment management.

As Head of Business Development at Benham and Reeves, India, Dhanvee’s role is to provide valuable information to support potential buyers in their purchase decision and assuring adherence to all the regulatory standards. Dhanvee delivers efficient structures from a legal and tax savings perspective to give the most optimum return to the buyer. Along with participating in marketing activities, Dhanvee enjoys interacting with leaders and experts of different industries and professional intermediaries, which gives Dhanvee great inspiration and exposure.

In her free time, Dhanvee has a keen interest in learning about foreign culture and history as well as reading non-fiction books.

With a Master’s degree in International Business gained from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and an MBA from his studies in India, Sushant has over 10 years’ international business experience in real estate markets across the UAE, India and South Africa.

As Business Development Manager for Benham and Reeves Delhi region, Sushant has broad experience of business development in emerging real estate markets with expertise gained managing HNI portfolios in varied asset classes and challenging world economies. He has also managed international portfolios for investor clients in GCC regions and has worked with key property developers such as EMAAR and DAMAC.

Being an extrovert, Sushant enjoys interacting with people and building enduring business relationships. An avid traveler, he loves to explore new locations and try out different cuisines, he is also a keen sports enthusiast and movie buff.

Shivani started her career in Real Estate after graduating with Bachelor of Arts degree in Mumbai. Working for various notable Indian property developers for six years, she has gained experience in the direct sourcing of sales leads, developing new opportunities and converting potential into sales. Shivani has many transferable skills useful for transacting business with Indian investors who also like to invest in London property and in her spare time she enjoys volunteering at events, travelling, dancing and keeping fit by practicing yoga.
With a degree in psychology, Rebecca’s empathic skills set her in good stead for knowing what our clients want and being well able to guide them in all their property dealings. In her previous roles, Rebecca worked in upscale real estate environments assisting potential buyers to secure the best possible outcomes for their investment portfolios. She has also built-up good skills in strategic business development and marketing. In her spare time, Rebecca has an intellectual interest in understanding human behaviour and also enjoys travelling to discover new places.
