Lettings Negotiator

  • Applicants must own a car and hold a valid driving license
  • Company phone will be provided
  • Start date ASAP

Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm.

Role description

  • Conducting viewings and letting properties
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
  • Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

Person specification:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • At least one year experience required for all roles
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
  • A strong customer focus
  • Desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
  • Full UK driving license

Duties of the Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Registering applicants
  • Matching properties to applicants needs
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating and closing deals (with assistance from Managers initially)
  • Listing properties
  • Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants

To be considered for the Junior Lettings Negotiator position you will have the following qualities:

  • At least one year experience in lettings or sales
  • Customer focused
  • Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving license essential
