Property photographer & floor planner

Working for a medium-size property group, we are looking for a full-time Photographer to cover all London postcodes (mainly East & South but flexibility needed).

This is self-supervised role working in a photography team which reports to the Head of Marketing. The right person should have a real passion for property interiors and will have studied photography in some capacity. Experience of shooting short videos, good techniques with a keen eye for detail, colour and form and basic editing in Adobe programmes are essential.

Job type: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Visit properties across London to take digital images, floor-plan sketch, take walk-around video or 360 degree virtual tour
  • Liaise with agency branch staff, vendors & third parties to arrange own appointments, keys & visits to properties
  • Upload content assets to the company’s internal drive same day or next day after appointments

Skills and Attributes Needed

  • Experience in photographing and editing properties for sale and rental
  • Good understanding of using a wide angle lens and composition
  • Confidence and organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Good English communication skills, verbal & wrtten
  • Experience sketching accurate floorplans (for forwarding to digital team who make up the final floorplans)

  • Wide angle lens (e.g. 16-35mm)
  • Flash
  • Tripod & Gimble
  • Laptop with editing software (e.g.: Lightroom /Photoshop)

What we offer

  • Salary range: £22k - £25k pa

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5.30pm
