Benham & Reeves is one of London’s oldest property companies (est. 1958) with 21 branches in London and 15 international offices. We are looking to build our presence in Turkey, offering a one stop service to property investors in the country seeking to invest in the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Property Sales Manager who will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of clients – handling calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
Managing applicants on database
Arranging and conducting virtual viewings with prospective buyers
Canvassing for instructions, negotiating deals, liaising with developers, applicants, brokers and solicitors
Handling enquiries generated from digital campaigns and providing feedback to the digital team
Show initiative and the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for Benham & Reeves in Turkey
Skills
The ideal candidate must be highly driven, enthusiastic and show initiative in the workplace:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English – Essential
Previous property sales experience - Essential
Knowledge of the UK and UK property – Beneficial but not essential
A strong track record in property sales, exceeding targets, maximising revenue and new business generation.
