Providing a useful link between West London, Heathrow Airport and the M4 tech corridor, Southall is an area that is ready to take advantage of the new infrastructure boom that the completion of the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) will create. Being within 30 minutes from London’s West End and ten minutes from all terminals of Heathrow Airport gives this neighbourhood plenty of clout and has attracted developers keen to help regenerate the area and revitalise the housing stock.

Culturally, Southall has a distinctly international flavour. The High Street is a whirl of trans- global influences with multiple choice of cuisines and dining experiences vying for your attention.  Areas within easy reach include Twickenham and Richmond with its beautiful riverside position and Deer Park. Southall Station already runs a reliable service to Waterloo Station where passengers can connect with the City shuttle to Bank Station. The Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) will cut journey times by providing a fast and direct route to Paddington, West End, The City and Canary Wharf.
