Aside from achieving speedy sales and healthy yields, our design partners build trust with developers: the kind that encourages steady growth and long-range planning. To this end, they have been intensively involved with the Vistry Group for over fifteen years, a relationship that has yielded over fifty property sales in their Verdica development alone. A commission to furnish a two-bedroom show home in another desirable North London location quickly led to further sales as well as the show home itself.
Revealing the potential of a North London property

Vistry’s brand new Meridian One development in Enfield was created with the express aim of attracting young professionals, owner-occupiers and investors to an area that is served by a dynamic and business-friendly local government. Our design partners were tasked with delivering an apartment that would attract this desired demographic by showing off its outstanding qualities and multi-layered potential. Inspired by the unique shape of the reception area, the design team opted for the kind of bold shapes and daring colours that would form a lasting impression.
Furnishing packs make the difference

In the living area, a mustard yellow sofa immediately grabs the attention and is contrasted with a blue one in the reception space. Abstract art added a contemporary touch, and a yellow throw in the bedroom continued the visual narrative. The team now had two focal points, which would not only provide a contrasting counterpoint but also separate the two spaces. This is one of the many innovative design strategies that are used by our expert teams. As part of the specially customised Gold Package range, the furnishings were installed and positioned well within the developer’s time frame. This left plenty of scope for providing extra flourishes that would make the apartment stand out. Included among these was a comprehensive window dressing service, decorative items, a painted statement wall and streamlined storage solutions. Work from home arrangements were catered for in the shape of an ornate desk and a matching leather chair.
Window treatments add value

As one of our design partner’s many specialities, window dressing plays an essential role in making any property feel warm and welcoming. In the living room, the team utilised a double pinch pleat voile, which allows incoming light to be regulated in various and nuanced ways. A blackout lining in the bedroom provides privacy without compromising the airy aesthetic of the room.
After the initial success: A mini sales boom
As always, we were fastidious in keeping the lines of communication between client, designer and ourselves as open and transparent as possible. From consultation to installation, the developer was aware of when and where progress was being made and goals were being met. Nevertheless, the speed, efficiency and accuracy of the refurbishment made a forceful impression with the developer commenting on the ”Very cool furnishing solutions that led to multiple sales” rating a perfect 10/10 for the services and furniture quality.
It is this understanding of our clients’ multi-faceted business requirements that helps us grow the trust and relationships that continue to underpin our organisation.
