International property events round-up – June 2026

June was another exciting month for our international offices, hosting a series of property launches, seminars and consultation sessions across Asia. In collaboration with the UK’s leading housebuilders, our clients had the opportunity to explore upcoming regeneration schemes across the country and understand the current market landscape.

New launches, Oxbridge innovation seminar, and Lettings clinic – Hong Kong

Our Hong Kong office organised three events last month, starting with a showcase of London Square Bermondsey. The event also included an exclusive seminar and private consultations for parents and investors. An award-winning scheme within the SE1 postcode, this development presents a rare opportunity to secure a premium property in London’s Zone 1.

From delivering guidance on admissions to some of the UK’s most elite schools to a deep dive into the latest legal procedures for buying UK properties, we had professional, academic and legal experts share valuable insights. Investors also engaged in an interactive Q&A session to explore more about the ‘buy-to-study’ concept for sustainable wealth-building.

Our team also hosted a panel discussion on high-value STEM and AI opportunities for overseas students across the Oxbridge (Oxford-Cambridge) innovation corridor. Along with a comprehensive roadmap to secure their children’s future, parents and investors also received clear guidance on navigating changes in the property and rental markets. Our team also concluded a successful Lettings Clinic to help existing and new landlords understand the implications of the Renters’ Rights Act (RRA). Following an excellent response from landlords, our team is expecting at least six new instructions for both lettings and management transfers.

London Square Bermondsey new phase launch – Singapore

Our Singapore office hosted a private wine tasting event for London Square’s business heads to present the latest phase of their new scheme in Bermondsey. The final phase of this award-winning masterplan presents an exciting opportunity to own a Zone 1 property at an attractive entry price. The property showcase for this development was held over the weekend and was attended by many interested investors and buyers eager to know more about investing in London.

First phase launch of Angel Village – Malaysia

In Malaysia, our office held a two-day event for the first phase launch of Angel Village. The new property showcase included the National Sales and Marketing Director of Bentry Capital, David Ronson, and saw a strong investor turnout. Impressed by the development’s location and amenities, several interested attendees arranged for site viewings after the event. Located in Islington, Angel Village is a new Zone 1 boutique development near Angel Tube Station. The launch was followed by a private clinic for clients looking to navigate the RRA and protect cash flow from their investments.

Berkeley property and education showcase – Thailand

Our Thailand office partnered with the Berkeley team in Bangkok to host a Talk and Share session with investors. The focus of this interactive session was to engage with investors on how property investment can create education opportunities for their children in London and the UK. We also had our academic, legal, mortgage and tax partners share expert insights with clients. Encouraged by student testimonials and their real life experiences in the UK, several investors joined in for the follow up sessions held by our team.

The Green Quarter property showcase – Taiwan

Our Taiwan office hosted a special property showcase in Taipei and Kaohsiung, followed by private consultations for The Green Quarter. Located close to the Elizabeth Line in Southall, this 88-acre green community is surrounded by landscaped gardens and offers easy access to central London and Heathrow Airport. Moreover, the presence of our dedicated on-site branch that offers seamless lettings and property management services at the development and an opportunity to connect with the developer, Berkeley Group, helped boost investor confidence at the event.

Wimbledon Bridge House property showcase – India

Our offices in India hosted a London property showcase in New Delhi and Mumbai featuring Wimbledon Bridge House. Developed by London Square, this new mixed-use property development is an exclusive collection of 123 apartments in the SW19 postcode of South West London. Just two minutes from Wimbledon Station and adjacent to one of the UK’s most highly ranked premium high streets, the development also offers exceptional lifestyle amenities. The property showcase was followed by a private one-to-one consultation with investors.
