Richard Levene & Judy Lam join the Benham and Reeves international team

Highly experienced residential sales professional, Richard Levene has joined Benham and Reeves as Head of International Sales and Judy Lam will assume the post of Business Development Director in Hong Kong from September. These are strategically important appointments as we seek to strengthen and expand our operations in Southeast Asia, Kenya, the UAE and China.

Bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained working in many international markets, they are both set to play key parts in our overall effectiveness, continuing to provide the best investment advice and outcomes for our clients.

Both have formerly worked in sales for Colliers International and have good transferable skills collaborating with property investors, agents and property developers alike.

Working closely with our China, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Malaysia offices, Richard will be on hand to provide the kind of specialist insight and business development skills which are essential for success in the competitive London markets. This, together with Judy Lam’s familiarity with Hong Kong’s discerning and dynamic investment culture, will play a major role in enhancing Benham and Reeves’ reputation in these regions.
