Moved in this weekend and needed to arrange an emergency call out to repair some bathroom issues. My property manager was off and Ajax immediately took over for the day. He was responsive, polite and helped sort things out. Whilst the repair will require a few more visits , it was great that Ajay sent someone over to resolve the emergency. I look forward to full repair and resolution. Ajay is very customer centric and it was a delight speaking with him!
