I engaged Benson and Reeves to sell my property at Arthaus Hackney London. My agent Mr Hasan Doymus was very helpful and very convincing to get the buyer to agree to my price. The Buyer finally agree to my price after persuasion by Mr Hasan. However I found the buyer to be extremely overtly careful and ask hundreds of questions about the property including its maintenance and renovation previous ownership etc ++. Again Mr Hasan helped me with the answers and help me resolve all the queries the buyer posted. Finally it was sold in Nov 2023. read more Mr Hasan was very patient and capable of convincing the buyer and finding solutions to difficult problems in the sake. We recently purchased a property with Hasan Doymus, cannot recommend enough. We were introduced to Hasan at the viewing of our new property where he answered all the questions we had, took the time to walk us through the properties history etc. We decided to put an offer in, and Hasan could not have been more accessible and helpful. We were unlucky enough to engage an awful conveyancer/solicitors firm (didn't know how incompetent they were until it was too late in the process!) who would ignore emails, not submit enquiries/submit them late etc. Hasan acted as the go-between for us and the read more seller, and was honestly more instrumental to the sale than either of the solicitor firms. Without him we doubt it would have gone through. He chased leaseholders for documents, solved quick enquiries that had been sat on for months, and acted as a sounded board for our concerns. He went above and beyond. We were first time buyers, and Hasan took the time to explain the entire process and support us with whatever we needed, even though as buyers we were not technically his client. No enquiry was too small, and no task too big for Hasan. If you are lucky enough to get Hasan as your estate agent, he will make what can be a very stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.
