Professional company - with prompt responses

Through my work I was set up with a relocation agent to help find my flat. During my visit to the property, Ivan, the lettings negotiator was very thorough and honest in how he showed me the place. It allowed me to feel comfortable with who I was working with on the other side. Given that I had a specific move in date in mind, they were very good in accommodating my request and responses were very prompt on either end. The back office staff, in particular Marla, has been very prompt on all my requests and ensuring that my move in has been as seamless as possible. My only comment would be to have more specific instructions for the move in process when doing the walkthrough, as being new to the property and living in London, the protocol was not clear on where and how to meet at the property. Overall a minor comment to a positive overall experience.

30 years with you and no complaint

I have been with Benham & Reeves for 30 year and established a very good relationship with the directors and all the staff in the man at of my 4 London properties. This year, I remortgaged 2 of the properties and Abbas has efficiently arranged the property at Crescent Road to be visited by the agency. The process was done in a timely manner smoothly. This ensured completion of the procedure with least hassle while I am miles away in Hong Kong, much appreciated.
