Optimistic year-end for London's property market and
predictions for 2024

What a year 2023 has been for the UK housing market! Full of twists and turns but as the year comes to a close, there is plenty to feel optimistic about. Inflation is lower and shows signs of recovery resulting increasing confidence. Major mortgage lenders in the UK have begun lowering their fixed rates, and we expect to see more movement in the sales market by Spring 2024.

The rental market continues to be red hot due to the lack of supply and very high renewals. And with more corporate professionals and students coming to London and workers returning back to their offices in London full time, rents finish the year on an all time high.
