Our record of success at the landmark Battersea Power Station development continues to attract favourable attention, which includes a recent commission in Koa at Electric Boulevard. Tasked with improving both the living aesthetics and the investment potential of a privately owned property, our design partners immediately came up with an imaginative and workable plan.

Furniture packages allow flexibility
Drawing on extensive experience of working at this development, our partner’s interior design team utilised elements from both entry and mid-level Gold and Diamond furniture packs. The goal was to impart a sense of uniqueness to the property while maximising its profitability, should the client wish to sell their second home. As the client’s primary intent was to accommodate friends and family for extended periods, the project was completed within a tight timeframe. Furniture packs were seen as the ideal way of achieving this.
As the main foundation of the project, the Diamond Package provided a mid-end starting point that could be matched with a warm, subtle colour palette. Our design partners chose sofas, tables and furniture items that would give visual anchors for the various living spaces. Pastel backgrounds allowed these pieces to stand out. From the Gold Package, the team was able to select a range of cushions, throws, and rugs that would complement the Diamond pack while also keeping costs down.
A tailored look for a reasonable outlay
The result is a tailored look that perfectly meets the client’s requirements. The apartment has a welcoming and familiar feel that also showcases the high quality of the materials involved. The fact that we were able to achieve this bespoke look well within the allotted time period is a reflection of the close and collaborative relationship that we enjoy with our suppliers. At no point in the project were our design partners forced to cut corners or compromise on quality.
Building on a legacy
Battersea Power Station has long been a potent symbol which not only speaks of ingenuity and industry but also visually dominates the Southwest London skyline. Now a beacon of urban luxury and innovation, the development’s interiors are taking inspiration from this pioneering past. Together with our partners, Benham and Reeves are eager to contribute to advancing this design narrative. Our client’s satisfaction with the refurbishment of their property points to the value of having a flexible approach and a commitment to quality. Get in touch to learn more.
