Our Hammersmith branch opened on-site at the development in June 2015, and demand for smaller units cannot be met; the majority of existing tenants have renewed their tenancies exacerbating the supply crunch. We have tenants already in the pipeline for the two new phases Goldhurst House and Faulkner House that have recently completed but more stock is needed. We are always keen to speak to landlords with properties in the area who may be considering the lettings market.
