Strong lettings demand at Beaufort Park in North West London

This tastefully-presented apartment is set in Goldhawk House, the brand-new phase at North West London’s transformational development, Beaufort Park. On receiving the keys from the developers, the apartment was furnished and let within 24 hours to a management consultant on a three-year lease. We had agreed on an offer a month prior to completion, which ensured there was absolutely no void period for the landlord. The tenant was eager to move into one of the latest buildings at the development and had waited for several months to find the right property to rent.

Goldhawk House is a brand-new building, the latest phase at the development. Staff at our Beaufort Park branch tell us demand is so high that a lot of apartments have fully referenced tenants with paid deposits and tenancies agreed in principle even before the owners have been handed the keys. In some instances the keys have had to be borrowed from the developers! In fact, half the apartments in this block have had tenancies agreed before completion.
