Good experience renting from B&R

I had a good experience renting from Benham and Reeves. Apart from a couple of things that I believe were circumstantial, that’s so far one of the best agencies and I definitely recommend them. Rahim was really nice and polite and provided lots of information during the viewings. During my tenancy, there were a couple of incidents, the management team handled both in an efficient and professional manner. They were very reasonable with timings, for example, I asked to postpone a regular check of the property because I was abroad - they agreed, no problem. Sylvie Didykova was the property manager most of my tenancy and she is wonderful, she was very efficient in responding to my emails and answered all the questions. At the end of tenancy, Rahim and his team proved to be very reasonable in terms of viewings. I asked that everyone who entered the apartment should wear a mask, and he agreed no problem (I have a condition that makes me vulnerable to this covid stuff). Also, Rahim helped me with changing the move out date at a rather short notice, which saved me lots of stress (new agents failed to confirm the move-in date with a landlord on time). They returned my deposit very quickly with minor deductions (even in the lockdown situation, which - trust me - is impressive). Sylvie was very polite and quick to respond even after the end of my tenancy. I had to end tenancy to move in with my partner, but would defo rent from them again. One thing that could be improved in “onboarding” procedure, like providing info where things are, where to dump rubbish, all that. It was not very clear who to contact with requests about inventory.

I've been dealing with Sylvie for some time now (over a year) regarding any issues or queries i have in regards to my accommodation and she is always so professional, friendly and extremely efficient. She always responds to my emails in a timely fashion and is extremely patient with any query issue i may have and i appreciate you employing such an asset to the company and i personally wanted to let you know that. When i email Sylvie, i'm always at ease because i know that she will always deal with my query as quick as possible. I don't know if you offer incentives or bonuses etc to your staff but Sylvie definitely deserves acknowledgement for her dedication and commitment to her work.

Agency that’s both professional and friendly

I’ve rented a flat through this Agency and I think that they go the extra mile to make things go smoothly for both the tenant and the landlord. He was in constant touch with me and helped out to narrow down my options. Things were made very clear even before the initiation of the tenancy. Checking in was so smooth. He even spent time in giving a quick demonstration of the appliances in my new home.
