Penny拥有酒店管理学位,曾在世界著名的文华东方酒店工作10年。 她于2011年加入Benham and Reeves,曾担任客户经理,后来成为香港办事处总监。

Penny现在被提升为中国服务台主管,负责照顾我们在香港和中国的客户。她利用其丰富的伦敦房地产专业知识,为中国投资者提供一站式服务,从伦敦房地产投资咨询到租赁和物业管理。Penny精通广东话,普通话和英语,拥有丰富的商务和文化知识,她不懈地为客户服务,以确保实现最佳的的结果。

Zhou是中文服务台物业管理团队的一名热心成员,目前负责我们不断增长的中国房东的伦敦新建物业管理。他还负责所有维修事宜,并与承包商联络,以确保我们的中国租户有良好的经验。作为一个以中文为母语的物业经理,Zhou拥有本科学历和法学硕士学位,这对他需要注意细节和良好谈判技巧的角色非常有用。业余时间,Zhou经常会去健身房放松,喜欢游泳和乒乓球。

Max的职位是房产管理经理,他的职责包括处理租户的维修问题、与我们中国的房东进行及时的沟通和联系、处理抵押金扣除和退还事宜。Max具有出色的分析能力和敏锐的观察力,他的工作条理清晰并且非常善于且及时的为租客提供各类日常维修问题的解决方案。工作之外,他喜欢尝试不同的美食、打网球和羽毛球,并且很热爱旅行。
