With a degree in Hospitality Management, Penny spent 10 years working for world renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotels. Joining Benham and Reeves in 2011, Penny worked as a Client Manager before becoming a Director of the Hong Kong SAR office. Penny has now been promoted to Head of China Desk to look after our Hong Kong SAR and China based clients. Penny uses her extensive London property expertise to assist Chinese investors with a one- stop service, from advice on London property investment to leasing and property management. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with her wealth of business and cultural knowledge, Penny works tirelessly for clients ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved.

Fluent in English and Italian, Tommy has many years of experience working with overseas property buyers and investors in London. An integral part of our sales team in West London, Tommy works closely with all our other London branches. He can speak multiple languages, making him the ideal expert to connect with international clients and manage our Italy Desk.

An experienced real estate professional, Fidar specialises in off-plan and resale property transactions. As a qualified linguistics expert, he is fluent in both English and Russian to help overseas clients find the right London property. Whether it is a high-yield investment in upcoming regeneration zones or a ready-to-move-in unit for immediate lettings and occupancy, Fidar can help Russian property buyers looking for new opportunities in London and the UK.

After completing his education in India, Dinesh moved to London and has been working with Benham and Reeves for nearly 15 years. He has both letting and sales experience and has helped many overseas investors and homeowners find the right property in London. His background of studying in India and fluency in Hindi and English make him well placed to lead our India Desk.
