With a career that started in the hospitality and the residential real estate sectors, Ahmed has worked with clients throughout the Middle East. With his bi-lingual fluency in Arabic and English, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the London property market, his experience enables him to assist clients from all GCC countries.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Ali is a bi-lingual real estate consultant with extensive local and international real estate experience and specialism in the dynamic United Arab Emirates property market. Fluent in English and Arabic, Ali has built up a reputation for his strong negotiation skills, innovative marketing strategies and uncompromising integrity. Ali is knowledgeable about finance, acquisition structuring, and maximising return on investment, transacting with first-time buyers and experienced investors who are looking to expand their real estate portfolios. Working for a UK company, Ali takes great pride in his continual understanding of global real estate markets and making sure his clients benefit from buying the ideal property at the ideal moment.

Leanne joined Benham & Reeves in 2022 and brings extensive UK property experience to her role in sales. She has previously worked in financial services helping expats in the UAE with all their UK property purchases, prior to this working in the UK as a negotiator for a local real estate company. Her primary focus has been property investment as well as development sales and building business relationships in both the United Kingdom and GCC markets.

At Benham & Reeves, her focus is business development, specifically assisting GCC investors who wish to expand their London property portfolios for income and growth.
