Tell us about your career? I have a law degree from the University of Kent and having worked at the Canary Wharf branch of Benham and Reeves for four years, I am excited about being involved with the regeneration at Nine Elms that is transforming the area into a vibrant riverside community.

Since joining Benham and Reeves as an investment consultant, I have progressed to sales manager of new homes and resale properties in residential developments, working closely with our international offices and a growing roll of domestic and international investor clients.

What does your role as negotiator entail? Maintaining trust is a really important part of my role. I always give 100 per cent to all parties involved in the sales process and I think buyers and vendors appreciate this.
What are your key skills and what do you like most about your role? Working in the property industry for several years now has given me a very good understanding of what peoples’ needs are. I’m a good listener and I can speak a few different languages which comes in very handy when helping our international clients.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I’m a keen footballer and also like walking my dogs and being around nature.

I had the best service from I think must be the most caring agent in London, Kyle was most understanding and patient with my needs for a property to rent. Although unfortunately I could not go ahead with the rental property due to a clash in the move in dates, I would have definitely loved to have worked with Kyle for my property search, as he was honest and unlike most agents, was definitely on the side of the client and I absolutely felt that he sincerely cared for my needs as opposed to just making a quick deal.
