Where do you live? I've lived in Ealing all my life.
Tell us about your career? I've worked in lettings since I was 19 and am ARLA Propertymark qualified with the NAEA (NFOPP) qualification. I've been with Benham and Reeves since 2006 and was previously Manager of the Knightsbridge office. Before that I was a Negotiator at the Kensington office.
Tell us something interesting about yourself? I once spent a year travelling around SE Asia, Australasia, the USA and Mexico where I met some very interesting people and learnt a lot about different cultures, it was a great life experience.

What does your role entail? Building good relationships and understanding investment objectives is key to my role whether it be finding a dream family home, a good buy-to-let investment or a first time buyer home. Negotiating the best possible price I can and helping people find the home they want is my priority.
What are your key skills and what do you like most about your role? I’m a good listener which really helps with remembering the all-important details involved with most property transactions. Remaining professional when challenges arise is key and I really enjoy negotiating on behalf of clients to put a smile on their faces.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I like to keep active as much as possible whether it be early morning gym sessions or 5 aside football in the evenings. I also like to travel with friends or family.

Colindale has a vibrant community where everyone is catered for, and I really appreciate the fact that I can enjoy Asian food at the local oriental food hall when I want a taste of home. Connectivity is easy too as Colindale has its own Northern Line Tube station and plenty of bus routes, I can reach central London within 30-minutes. There is also a good mix of old and new-build homes, offering something for every budget.
Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I’m new to working in the property sales sector but with my strong attention to detail and organisation skills, I really enjoy supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless adminsitrative workflow.
What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I like travelling with my family and exploring the beauty of Europe. Listening to music and watching movies are my favourite way to relax after a busy day in the office.

We recently ended a two year tenancy through B&R at the Dickens Yard complex and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the great experience we had with the team at B&R Ealing (who let us the property) and the Hammersmith team (who found a new tenant so that we could move into our new home earlier). In particular, we wanted to acknowledge our lettings negotiator Greta Andrijauskaite who managed the viewings, contracting and move in process. Our impressions of real estate agents was at an all time low but she has certainly restored our faith in real estate agents. Before moving to Dickens Yard and dealing with Greta, we had an absolutely horrible experience with another boutique real estate agency. Our experience was so bad, to the point at which we had to report them to The Property Ombudsman for malpractice. It made us really apprehensive about dealing with real estate agents again. But we are so very grateful that Greta looked after us when we found our new home in Ealing. Her approach is of the highest professionalism and she looks out for the interests of not just the landlord but also tenants as well, which certainly wasn't the case with our previous agent. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for our move in and she has always been helpful to us throughout our tenancy even though the day-to-day maintenance of the property wasn't directly managed by B&R but directly with our landlord. We've enjoyed having conversations whenever we see each other and Greta has been an absolute angel with our dog who loves her to bits now. As tenants we couldn't have asked for a better experience, so thank you Greta for making our tenancy and time in Dickens Yard a very memorable and happy one.
