New-build developments in London

New homes

The construction of a new national sports stadium in Wembley kickstarted a wave of regeneration that continues to create opportunities for prosperity and growth in the wider area. As one of Northwest London’s most well-connected neighbourhoods, Wembley has gone from a dowdy suburb to a futuristic enterprise zone in just under a decade. Professional renters are happy to commute into the city-centre from here and young families want to settle here. As a result, landlords can expect good rental yields and minimal void periods.

A significant upgrade in accommodation quality is concentrated around two focal points: Wembley Stadium and the Grand Union Canal near Alperton. Both areas are the location of impressive new property developments with the latter also being the site of our Wembley branch. Landlords, tenants and local homeowners can, therefore, have access to our expertise lettings and sales and expertise, right on their doorstep. Aside from the affordable luxury provided by these developments, Wembley offers fast transport links, good schools and excellent retail amenities.

Anyone with plans to buy, sell, let or rent in Wembley will be well served by our comprehensive range of estate agent services.

If you would like to find out more about renting, selling or buying property in Wembley or at the Grand Union property development where we have a branch on-site, get in touch and see our area guide to find out more about the location.

What does your role entail? Building good relationships and understanding investment objectives is key to my role whether it be finding a dream family home, a good buy-to-let investment or a first time buyer home. Negotiating the best possible price I can and helping people find the home they want is my priority.

What are your key skills and what do you like most about your role? I’m a good listener which really helps with remembering the all-important details involved with most property transactions. Remaining professional when challenges arise is key and I really enjoy negotiating on behalf of clients to put a smile on their faces.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I like to keep active as much as possible whether it be early morning gym sessions or 5 aside football in the evenings. I also like to travel with friends or family.
