New-build developments in London

New homes

Fulham estate agent Benham & Reeves is based at the popular Imperial Wharf residential development in SW6 and has an established reputation selling and letting luxury residential properties throughout this part of Fulham and neighbouring Chelsea, including Chelsea Creek. The Imperial Wharf development itself is situated in beautiful landscaped gardens, with many shops, cafés, leisure facilities and other amenities within its grounds.  This is riverside living at its most stylish so it will come as no surprise that residents include a number of celebrities including actors and football players.  Imperial Wharf has its own railway station as well as a river taxi service so many residents find that this is one of the most relaxing commutes you can find into central London.

Beyond the development, investors and homebuyers planning to buy property in Fulham and Chelsea, either as an investment or as a long-term home, will find a variety of styles of architecture including Victorian terraces, purpose-built mansion blocks and large townhouses.

Our property team know the SW6 postcode area well and can advise on all aspects of a client’s property search, guiding buyers on any subject from transport links to local amenities and schools.

Fulham has a wide choice of properties and our team of residential sales experts are well placed to advise our clients, whether they are buying, selling or renting a property here.
