Kensington letting agents Benham & Reeves are not surprised that many first time visitors to London make their rental home within the confines of the Royal Borough. Luxury retail outlets, fine dining and a cluster of world-famous museums mark Kensington out as a cultural hotspot of some note and buildings here are as architecturally varied as they are aesthetically stunning with handsome townhouses, grand mansion blocks and attractive cobblestone mews all a major feature of the area.

Renting a property in W8 postcode couldn't be more popular - the space, the light and the ornate luxury of the buildings almost sell themselves. However, considering the range and scale of accommodation on offer, a little expert help can never be considered a bad thing. Since 1995, our Kensington lettings office has been providing accurate rental valuations and specialises in housing corporate staff in the area.
