Benham & Reeves’ have been operating in Hampstead for over sixty years, in fact it’s where the company began its story. With our Heath Street branch conveniently located opposite the Tube station in Hampstead Village and staff who live locally, there isn’t much that we cannot tell you about the area and its historic properties. From handsome period conversions to Edwardian mansion blocks, Victorian terraces and of course, the grand period properties close to the west side of Hampstead Heath. Although I graduated from University as an Aerospace Engineer, I discovered my true calling when I did a stint as a Property Negotiator during my gap year. Since then I have gained good career experience working in the residential lettings sector for several years where I have developed a good understanding of the property sector and how it ticks.
What are your passions outside work? I am passionate about travel, health and fitness. I enjoy playing football and am a proud Manchester United fan!

What do you like most about the properties in North West London? On the basis of their architectural variety and historical interest alone, my favourite are Hampstead properties which are almost unmatched anywhere in London. The way in which charming period properties have been integrated with newer homes gives the neighbourhood plenty of choice and a great village feel.
